Hungarian Jazz Guitarist
Ferenc Ulbert (37) is a three-time Award-winning guitarist, composer, producer based in Budapest, Hungary. He creates acclaimed guitar-based instrumental music, and is the founder of the bands Ulbert-Hesz Project (2006-2013), Gebert-Ulbert Project (2011-2021) and the Ulbert Underground (2020-present).
As a session musician proficient in a multitude of styles, he has recorded and performed in virtually every genre of popular music with both independent and major-label artists.
Ferenc Ulbert has released five albums as a leader: Better days and better nights (2009), Modern Ways (2013) with the band Ulbert-Hesz Project; Happy Pills (2016), Healing Hands (2018) with the band Gebert-Ulbert Project; Live Session (2022) with the band Ulbert Underground.
